So we’re starting a Mutants and Masterminds campaign, and my DM said we could only give our characters tech powers, and only if we could explain them.
Somehow my guy ended up being able to generate electrical current without the use of a device. Also his name is Knifefish. He has a sword right now but I’m pretty sure he’s gonna fight with a chain instead.
